PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Two assessment forms
Both assessment forms must be filled out and sent back to me well in advance of the first class. Once they are received, I will follow up by phone to briefly discuss where you are at presently with your business and what you'd like to accomplish in this class.
MATERIALS:
Participants must bring a journal to every class.
There is a materials fee of $20, to be paid on the first day of class for the course kit.
